Price: STAK FITNESS INTL. INC. sells exclusively in Canada. STAK FITNESS INTL. INC reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include transportation as well as federal and provincial taxes.

Method of payment: Only MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted.

Shipping: Shipping is by FED EX ground transportation only. The cost of shipping may vary depending on the weight and volume of the order as well as the final destination. The cost of shipping will be confirmed when ordering.

Cancellation: To cancel an order placed on the STAK Fitness site, you must contact the E-Commerce department within 24 hours of your order in writing at ; ecommerce@stakfitness.com specifying the confirmation number received when the order was placed.

Guarantee: STAK FITNESS INTL. INC. remains dedicated to serving your needs. It is for this reason that we commit ourselves to advising you with the best of our knowledge. We offer a range of quality products aimed at satisfying your requirements. All products offered on this site are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of an error or a non-conformity following your online purchase, please consult our return policy.

RETURN POLICY

Customer’s responsibility: Refuse any shipment where the package seems damaged and contact us immediately. Before using the merchandise, you must assure yourself that it is in good condition and that it complies with your expectations. If this is not the case, it is possible to return the merchandise within 10 days of delivery.

All merchandise returned must be sent prepaid through a postal or messenger service of your choice. Be sure to choose a service offering insurance and appropriate signed documentation.

Procedure

1- Print out a copy of the order confirmation received at the time of the purchase and identify clearly the STAK Fitness code of the product returned.

2- Indicate the cause of the return (wrong product received, incomplete, defective…), justify the reasons and indicate your expectations.

3- Be sure to include in the original package all accessories, parts and manuals.

4- Include a copy of the order confirmation and the original packing slip in the package and return prepaid to the following address:

Upon receipt of your shipment, we will proceed with the usual verification and advise you by email.

In the case of a product defect on the manufacturer’s part or a mistake on our part, STAK Fitness will reimburse the total amount of your purchase, including shipping. The total amount of the merchandise purchased on line and returned will be credited from the account used for the original payment.

Important: Return of merchandise is accepted for merchandise that is defective or that does not conform to the order, except in the following cases:

- The merchandise has been used in an abusive manner.
- The merchandise was accidentally damaged at the customers.
- The returned merchandise is incomplete (packaging, accessories, manuals).
- The merchandise has been returned after the 10 day period.

STAK Fitness reserves the right to apply any additional return fee depending on the situation.

This return policy is applicable ONLY on regular products offered on our website www.stakfitness.com. It does not apply to Training Course, Used Equipment products that carry the mention NON-RETURNABLE.
